The speciality of our Sagun Aqua Company in Group Sagun is Black Sea salmon farming. Although it is not widely known in the world, Black Sea salmon has more nutritional value than its equivalents, Norwegian and Chilean salmon and it is a fish type of good quality like them. As a result of increase in the popularity and request for pink meat all over the world, as Group Sagun, we maintain our exportation based production in the facility in Sinop, which has annual 8.000 ton licence capacity.
Also, thanks to processing facility in Samsun Yakakent away from 50 kilometres from our aquaculture facilities, Black Sea salmons are frozen by processing them in a fresh and quality way or are supplied freshly based on the season and the request of the customer. Group Sagun continues its works about salmon and further processed salmon products without slowing down.
